Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
We're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
- Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday.
- Most orders ship within 24 business hours of fulfillment.
- We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
- Deliveries occur Monday through Friday only.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry if something arrived damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if you notice any issues.
Email us at CS@petitepenelope.com with your order number, name, and clear photos so we can review and make it right.
Non-Returnable items?
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Swimwear & undergarments
- Pacifier clips, teethers, feeding accessories
- Hair accessories
- Handmade, custom, or limited-edition pieces
- Gift cards
- Complimentary gifts or promotional items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to locations in North America. Petite Penelope is available to customers in the United States and Canada.
Local Delivery
Do you offer same-day or local delivery?
Yes! we offer Local Delivery within Bergen County, NJ for $30.
Available Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 8 PM.
If your zip code qualifies, you’ll see the Local Delivery option during checkout. Perfect for last-minute gifts or special occasions!
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at CS@petitepenelope.com.
