Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of your order’s fulfillment date.
  

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
  

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method incur a $10 return/restocking fee (waived for exchanges or store credit). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us at CS@petitepenelope.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Late Returns

Returns received within 30 days may qualify for store credit at our discretion. To initiate a late return inquiry, please contact us at CS@petitepenelope.com.
